like the idea of a digital sketch book or electronic paper like the one noteslate works on. don’t have to feel bad anymore about doodling away since you don’t waste paper which should help keep some trees up and living (although manufacturing devices like these aren’t usually environmentally friendly either). makes it easier to archive notes and sketches too.

toyota prius projects

well designed and executed website but it’s confusing. what am i supposed to do with it? what is the stuff i am looking at, what is my benefit? i didn’t really see any explanation or description of what the site will do other than a brief sentence that prius people make the world more interesting. could have been a really interesting and fun if the site had taken me on a journey versus leaving me with questions. would love to see the google analytics.

RGB wallpaper

carnovsky, the milan based collecitve created RGB, a series of wallpapers that surprisingly mutate and interact with different chromatic stimulus. RGB is about the exploration of the “surface’s deepness”. RGB’s technique consists in the overlapping of three different images, each one in a primary color. the resulting images from this three level’s superimposition are unexpected and disorienting. the colors mix up, the lines and shapes entwine becoming oneiric and not completely clear.
